Payment is expected at the time of ordering. Until your payment is received your item is not reserved. Direct Deposits can take several days to clear so your item will be reserved. Once a customer’s payment is received we will process their order and ship their item. This takes up to 2 business days.
If you wish to return an item please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item, with the reason. We will then discuss with you the best option for returning your item then receiving a replacement or store credit.

We use couriers to ship all items. If a customer purchases multiple items at the same time then they will be shipped together. Each shipment includes a tracking number unless stated otherwise. Once your shipment has been collected by the courier they are responsible for delivering it safely to you. If you don’t receive your item or if it arrives damaged you can either contact the courier directly, or contact us and we’ll help you as much as we can.
