Typically, all bodybuilders know exactly which areas of their body they need to work on in order to gain strength and build more muscle.
While knowing your own weaknesses is good, making sure how you turn them into your strengths is quite difficult, and also an aspect which most people tend to get wrong.
To make sure their weaknesses are effectively dealt with, most gym-goers come up with well-crafted weekly routines in which they work out all their muscles one by one.
However, the problem arises when these routines become oversimplified. Of course, simplification is great and it helps you progress steadily.
But if you’re working on the same muscle groups week in and week out, you aren’t really progressing much.
What we recommend is that you should try shaking up your weekly routines every now and then instead of following the same pattern for longer spans.
In short, just keep it simple instead of making it too obvious.
